Back Blurb:

In the Beginning,
There was MAXIMUM RIDE
A girl. A fighter. A leader.
A superhuman with a mission to save the world.
She's gone to the ends of the earth
Seeking her destiny.
And now the end isn't near.....
IT'S HERE.

My Review:

Maximum Ride is back and, if you can believe it, better than ever!!!! And yes, it ends happily, if you know what I mean. I, for one, nearly bawled my eyes out because I was totally done with MR. No more flock, no more kick-butt adventures, nothing. They're gone. But that's the best part about books; you can read them over and over and over. People who read the MR series for its kick-butt battle will be disappointed in Nevermore, because Nevermore focuses mainly on the flock's relationship and Max's love interest. But there are some answered questions such as: Who the voice really is, Does Iggy get his eyesight back, Which of the flock dies, and Who will Max choose: Fang or Dylan? Nevermore is the exciting conclusion to one mind-blowing series and the introduction to another series yet to come! (check out Confessions of a Murder Suspect on GoodReads or James Patterson's website)
