Back Blurb:

When Cooper, Hiro, and Gordy witness a robbery that leaves a man in a coma, they find themselves tangled in a web of mystery and deceit that threatens their lives.
After being seen by the criminals--who may also be cops--Cooper makes everyone promise never to reveal what they have seen. Telling the truth could kill them, but
remaining silent means an innocent man takes the fall and a friend never receives justice. Is there ever a time to lie? And what happens when the truth is dangerous?
The three friends, trapped in a code of silence, must face the consequences of choosing right or wrong when both options have their price.

Telling the Truth could get them Killed. Remaining silent could be Worse.

My Review:

This book was good. Not great, but still very good. It shows the price of not telling the truth. A lot of this book seemed to repeat itself. Every chapter was basically about Cooper's struggle to not tell the police what he's seen. For me, I kept 'telling' him to just go tell the police! It'll better your friends relationship (which is falling apart) and make it easier on yourself. Um, the parents seemed really shallow to me. I mean, what kind of parent would let their kid bike around town at midnight, with dangerous criminals still in town, more than once?! And if your kid is working on the computer and when you step in to look over his shoulder and he stands up in front of you and gives you a big hug, um, DUH! My mom would have figured something was up the first 5 seconds! (sorry, mom) I really liked Hiro. Out of the three of them she was my favorite. She acted just like me. : ) This book was good and it taught a good moral lesson, Always tell the truth! Pick it up and read it sometime!

**My little brother who detests reading read this book over twice!!!**
