Mockingjay Cast: Commander Paylor

Commander Paylor! Remember her? Yeah, me either. As you can prolly tell Mockingjay wasn't my favorite book in THG series. Apparently, from my top secret source, Commander Paylor was the woman who met Katniss and her camera crew in District 8 and showed them around the hospital. (which had a tragic fate a few min. later)
